Hey, I’m Tom, the filmmaker behind Blink & Bloom Films.

I’ve been filming weddings for over a decade now, and honestly, I still get a buzz from every single one. There’s just something about a wedding, everyone’s there for the same reason, in good spirits, ready to celebrate love. It’s the best kind of energy to be around, and I feel lucky to capture it.

From 2022 to 2025, I worked full-time with Blink Video and Blink Weddings, where I focused solely on wedding filmmaking, telling stories that feel natural, emotional, and true to the couple. My style is very fly-on-the-wall, I like to blend in, catch the real moments, and let the day unfold naturally. No awkward posing, no forced smiles, just you, your people, and the good times.

Now based in the Scottish Highlands after moving up from Yorkshire with my wife, I’m loving the mix of stunning scenery, friendly faces, and the odd round of golf (a new hobby that’s testing my patience in all the right ways).

I’ve been known to be a bit of a fixer at weddings too, I’ve sorted everything from broken generators to tricky dress zips, because when it comes to your day, I’ll do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly.
